How fast can I get BEB Organic, and how much does it cost to ship?

Standard (2-9 business days): FREE for orders over $25
Expedited (2-3 business days): $5 flat rate
Overnight (1-2 business days): $24 flat rate
If we get your order before noon PT on a weekday, we’ll process it the same day. We ship from California. Standard shipping could take up to 9 days business days, depending on how far away from California we are shipping.
If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, it could take 11 to 15 days.
You can safely buy BEB Organic products even though we don’t have local distribution in your country just yet. We ship to every country in the world (except for embargoed countries of course) directly from the US.
We provide discounted international shipping rates, real-time tracking and facilitate your duties/VAT payment for hassle-free delivery right to your door. Easy!
For our customers in Canada, we offer free shipping for orders over $75 USD and orders typically arrive in 1-2 business days

How do I track an order?
We’ll send a shipping confirmation right away. Check your junk folder if you don’t see it. If you need more info, email us connect@BEBorganic.com.
How do I update or change my shipping address?
We process orders right away so we likely won’t be able to stop the order, but we can always process a new one while you’re waiting. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.

What skin types are your products good for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re clinically validated by pediatricians and dermatologists, allergy tested, non-irritating, non-GMO and free of harsh, questionable chemicals. They’re formulated for the most sensitive skin - preemies - so it really doesn’t get any more gentle than that.
Will my product expire or be damaged by heat or cold?
In very extreme conditions, there could be damage, but that’s unlikely. If you ever have a problem, we’ll fix it for you. Expiration on Diaper Cream and Soothing Serum is 2 years. For our other products, the shelf life is 3 years. After you’ve opened a product, use it up within 6 months.
How can I tell when my product was made?
There’s a lot number on every item. If you’re curious, just send an email with the product name and lot number, and we’ll let you know. connect@BEBorganic.com.
Where are BEB Organic products made?
We proudly blend, manufacture & package in our FDA registered & certified organic U.S.A. facility. Raw materials come from the best sources all around the world. We even invest in some of our farmers to help them grow. You can see the source of each of our ingredients on the ingredients page.
Where’s the best place to store my products?
We make our products in small, fresh batches and package them in small, durable glass bottles and jars so they stay fresh. Go ahead and keep them in the bathroom or nursery, but out of direct sunlight. Use them up within 6 months after opening so you always get the most out of your products.
Do you test on animals?
No. And BEB Organic is vegan too.
What’s your bestseller?
Soothing Serum! Soothing Serum is a very unique product. As far as we know, it is the first and only FDA registered skincare product for Baby Acne, and it is great for eczema too.
Can I sell BEB Organic products on my site or in my store?

Do you have gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on that.
Do you have a pro program?
Indeed! If you are a credentialed birth professional or esthetician, you’re eligible for a 25% discount to support you in the great work you do. Just drop us a line to apply - pro@BEBorganic.com. Be sure to include your photo ID, at least 1 credential and a link to your website, social channel or place of work (like a birth center, hospital or spa).
We’ll email you within a few weeks to confirm your application. If approved, we’ll automatically add the discount to your account for 1 year. You can renew yearly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return something?
Easy! Email us at connect@BEBorganic.com and we’ll take care of you. We’ll need your order number, but that’s it. We’ll refund your original method of payment and cover the return shipping so you’re totally covered.
Is there a time limit on returns?
Yes, 120 days.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds usually take 5 or 10 days to show on your credit card. That is the credit card company’s delay, so we can’t speed it up. If you haven’t seen the credit come through within 11 days, please email us so we can investigate.
I didn’t get the right product(s). Now what?
We’re so sorry about that! Just email us and we’ll make it right immediately. connect@BEBorganic.com
When will my credit card be charged?
We’ll charge your card when we ship your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, paypall, applepay and amazonpay. We don’t accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my card is declined?
First thing, check to make sure your billing address information is correct (might be different than your shipping address). Check the card expiration too. If that all seems right, then it is best to check with your card company because they don’t tell us why when they decline a card. You can always email us too connect@BEBorganic.com.
How can I update my order?
Please email us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to change your order. If our fulfillment center has already processed it, we’ll figure out how to best help you from there. connect@BEBorganic.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Easy! Just login to your account. You’ll see updates there once we process your order and again when we ship it. If you’ve ordered after noon PT, keep in mind that the status might not change in your account until the next day.
Can I use two or more promo codes at once?
Only one at a time. If you have more than one, pick your favorite and go with that one.
INGREDIENT & PACKAGING QUESTIONS
Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes, all of our products are made with at least 75% certified organic ingredients (up to 98%). On each product page you’ll see exactly what percent of each formula is organic for that product.
Are your ingredients non-GMO?
Yes. Each and every BEB Organic ingredient is verified non-GMO.
Do you use palm oil?
Which products are vegan?
All of them! We take animal rights very seriously.
Do you use safe plastics?
We use mostly glass, but when we do use plastic, it is the kind that’s designated as safe - #2 bottle and #5 cap.
I have multiple sensitivities. Are you products free of common allergens?
Yes, BEB Organic products are all free of common allergens such as synthetic fragrance, gluten, milk/casein, egg, peanut, walnut, cashew, almond and pecans, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. They are also allergy and gluten tested for purity.
How do you get scents into BEB Organic products?
BEB Organic products aren’t intentionally scented. They have a naturally delicious aroma from the plant and plant-derived ingredients we use. We test all of our ingredients for synthetic additives and pesticide residue to verify they are truly pure, natural and safe to use. Because rose is an important ingredient in all of our formulas, there is a slight rose smell (mixed with other delightful aromas) in all of our products except Nurturing Oil, which doesn’t really have a smell at all.
What is “natural” fragrance and what do you mean by no fragrance?
Natural fragrance means that the smell comes unintentionally from the ingredients we use. You’ll never see “fragrance” listed on our labels, but most of our products still do have a delightful, delicate aroma. Fragrance is sometimes listed on other products’ ingredient labels to mask hundreds of harsh chemicals that you may not want.
I’m allergic to corn. Can I use your products?
BEB Organic uses some ingredients derived from non-GMO corn in our Soothing Serum. Our other products – Bubbly Wash, Silky Cream, Nurturing Oil and Diaper Balm are not made with any ingredients derived from corn. If you are worried, it’s always a good idea to discuss with your physician.
